Position Overview

The Management Analyst will assist company leadership in evaluating business performance, human resources, financial management, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management Review & Reporting: Monthly auto parts sales reports, data analysis
  • HR Management: Talent strategy, employee evaluation systems, KPI frameworks
  • Record Keeping: Archive filing, document management systems
  • Business Analysis: Inventory management, supply chain optimization, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis
  • Financial Management: Financial status assessment, budget accuracy, financial forecasting
  • Other analytical or strategic tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • 2+ years of business or data analysis experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and business reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Supply chain and marketing analysis knowledge preferred

Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Bus Mechanic

Position Overview

Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing the company's motorcoach fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and bus systems
  • Inspect brakes, air systems, transmissions, A/C, and electrical systems
  • Perform routine oil changes, tire replacements, and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain repair records and report issues
  • Provide roadside assistance and emergency repairs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or diesel mechanic technical certificate
  • 3+ years of motorcoach or heavy-duty vehicle repair experience
  • Familiarity with Cummins, Detroit, or Volvo engines preferred
  • CDL license or Class B CDL with air brake endorsement preferred
  • Strong safety awareness and reliability
