Key Responsibilities

• Participate in operational reviews, analyze data and provide recommendations
• Create monthly sales reports and analyze sales target achievement
• Develop sales promotion plans and revenue forecasts
• Prepare marketing performance reports
• Human resources management and employee incentive policy development
• Establish performance evaluation systems (KPI frameworks)
• Supply chain optimization and cost analysis
• Financial analysis and budget planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Excel

• Diesel engine diagnosis and repair
• Inspect brakes, air systems, transmissions, and other systems
• Routine maintenance and preventive care
• Maintenance record management
• DOT/FMCSA standards compliance
• Roadside emergency repairs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or diesel mechanic technical certificate
• 3+ years of heavy-duty vehicle repair experience
• Cummins, Detroit, or Volvo engine knowledge preferred
